History of Splish Splash

The Splish Splash Program was established in 2013 in Riverside, California as a unit within the Vivian Stancil Olympian Foundation, Inc.  As a result of being granted with a scholarship from the National Senior Games Association. 

The founder of the Vivian Stancil Olympian Foundation, Inc. was so moved by the scholarship.  She formed what we now know as today, the Splish Splash Program as a way to give back to the community, children of all ages, adults, seniors, and disabled participants.  Bringing awareness, safety tips, workshops, swim lessons, along with nutrition and fitness education.

The Program has be in existence for over 4 years and has served over 1000 participants.
